Just read your last blog on your personal routine for health. I have to say it was the most inspiring so far. Consistency is clearly what I need and I plan to strive for it!
Especially when it comes to your morning routine and nutrition parts.
Love to see what ideal levels (from blood tests) are for some of these minerals and vitamins are in your opinion since most doctors don’t have a clue. When my D3 reached 50 my doctor said it was too high. And then there is so much controversy around dosage to consume.

Hey Anna. I should’ve included that! I shoot for 7 hrs a night. Anything more is bonus! I don’t have a ritual or protocol, really, other than not getting on a device for a couple hours before I go to sleep. I do watch a bit of tv. If I can’t sleep or I wake up, I meditate and that usually lets me fall back to sleep.
Niceeeeeee
Thanks!
I, for one, like knowing what you do! I read the whole thing right away. Your voice on the topic has weight.
Thanks for reading, Viv! I really appreciate your comment. Seriously.
Great read and wassup!!

Hi! Do you have a sleep goal - number of hours? And any bedtime routine to help with a good nights rest?
